To schedule an appointment for any of the treatments offered at Etched Spa, you can call us, send an email, or book online through Fresha.

Spa Etiquette

We ask that you always allow enough time for your experience and arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment (10 minutes for repeat visitors) so we can complete your pre treatment consultation, ensure we hold correct details for you as well as offer you a light refreshment.

Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not be honoured. Treatments begun late will still finish at the appointed time, so other guests are not inconvenienced.

In every therapy room you will find a wardrobe for your personal effects. Please take care of your valuables, as we cannot take liability for their loss. Any jewellery worn can be placed on a jewellery tray in the treatment room during your session. A pair of slippers can be provided if required. 

Your spa therapist will complete the consultation process with you to ensure that your visit to Etched Spa is personally tailored to your requirements. Throughout treatments, the body will be modestly covered at all times. Disposable underwear is available upon request.

Please note that mobile phones must be switched off at all times within the day-spa. The minimum age for treatments is 18, however, we can treat from 16 years old with parental consent. We regrettably cannot accommodate babies and children in the treatment rooms or within the Etched Spa Lounge.

Cancellation Policy

Credit card details or room number are required to secure an appointment. Clients who wish to change, or cancel an appointment must provide 24 hours notice, or full payment for the treatment will be charged.

Please note, the booking system used by Etched Spa is fully compliant with Payment Card Industry Security Standards (PCI), therefore all card details are secure.

Please note that Spa treatments cannot be charged to your room.

CAN I CHARGE MY TREATMENT TO MY ROOM?

Spa treatments cannot be charged to your room.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE FOR TREATMENT?

We treat any 18 years and above, however, with parental consent, treatment attendance and waivers completed we can treat 16-18 year olds.
